Payment
I accept PayPal (you can pay using your credit/debit via PayPal too) for online payment. I also accept checks, cash and money orders.


Shipping
The Savannah Soap Kitchen ships to the US, Canada & Internationally too!

Orders will be shipped via the USPS, shortly after your place your order. I usually ship orders out the next day, but will let you know once your order is on the way.
$5.95 Flat Rate Shipping on all standard orders!* As the old saying goes, the more you buy, the more you save :)

Priority upgrades (for quicker delivery, if you need) and shipping insurance (to cover loss and damages up to $250) can be purchased in the "Shipping Options" section, if you'd like them.

International customers (outside of the US) shipping should be automatically calculated during checkout. If the shipping you pay is more than $2 the actual cost, I will refund any overages.
Wholesale customers, please contact me prior to purchasing, for an accurate shipping quote.

Free pickup for local customers:

You can pay online (using Paypal and/or your debit/credit card) or in person (cash or check - check payments must be accompanied by a current photo ID.) After your order is submitted, I will e-mail you to discuss pick-up options (date & location, etc.)

Returns
Soap can be returned only if it has been unopened and un-used. Refunds are handled on a case to case basis, but shipping costs will not be refunded.

If you're unsatisfied with the soap, please send a detailed e-mail to savannahsoapkitchen@gmail.com, send un-used soap back, and I'll refund your purchase price (excluding shipping.)
