This is the *new* shape of the Savannah Soap Kitchen. I still have a few of the old “gold bar” shaped soaps in stock, though. However, all new 4oz soaps will be a more eye-pleasing, easier to hold oblong rectangle shape.
In other news, there will be a pretty sweet 25% off, Post-Thanksgiving sale in the soap shop (not on Etsy).

I’ve been working very hard the past couple days. Building, designing, propagating, if you will, an on-site shopping cart – for those who wish to not purchase my soaps on Etsy. You can visit the new cart here, or click that handy little button to the right. I’m slowly adding merchandise – but you’re welcome to shop til you drop!
I’m also expecting some new supplies to come in soon – so the 4oz bars will take on a slightly different shape. There’s also a reformulation in progress, in which the soaps will take on a clearer look – as opposed to the opaque/pastel look they currently have. (They’ll still have the same natural and vegan friendly ingredients – don’t worry!) They just might look a little prettier :)
In other news, if you’re interested in getting a lot of different samples from a lot of different independet artists and crafters (including the Savannah Soap Kitchen & another one of my shop’s Birds & Buttons handmade button jewelry), you should check out The Little Black Boxes. I’ve got some yummy smelling holiday sampler soaps in this month’s box. They go on sale on October 24th – so be sure to pick one up to sample some handmade goodies!
